Gestia Solidaire is a new form of real estate agency specialized in responsible real estate which supports owners ans investors in one or more stages of their rental projects : from the signing of the agreement to the rental, thanks to the solidarity investment and the affordable rental to promote access to housing on the rental market for solvent tenants with limited incomes (students without guarantors, workers without permanent contracts and single-parent families with low incomes).
At the same time, it is developping delegated rental management services for social landlords for their student residences.
Gestia Solidaire relies on technological tools to democratize responsible rental investment and simplfy access to rental in public and private stock for tenants with limited incomes.
